I saw a developer I look up to bring this guy to their site the other day, I still respect the guy ooo but God knows I’ll not engage no fool or have anything to do with one, and still show it in public.
If he comes to buy my house by all means I’ll sell it to him at the price that the current economy he’s supporting has made me have to price at. But show publicly that I have dealings with him? Or them? Let me be damned. If conditions require I do so, I’ll keep my house

How do you people's kids break TV?
My kids at one already know what not to do and what to do.
First easy disciplinary action kids grab easily is the word "NO".
Say No and take them out of there, soon they will know what know is, then they will want to challenge you by sticking there and looking at your face, if you make mistake of laughing or smiling at them when they give you that challenge, they have won you, make sure you say No, let it show it's a No in your face.
You are to train the kids, not spoil them.
