@nickstrong Absolutely correct. One of the issues though is the D2s with great resources. What Tampa has can’t compete with SEC, most ACC etc but it’s better than a good many mid D1s.

Here is the PROBLEM Yall keep thinking NCAA Divides the 3 divisions by TALENT. NCAA D1 D2 & D3 aren't Talent LEVELS. They're RESOURCE LEVELS.
