@247homerescue I have boiler cover with you however your service is a disgrace. Young family with young children left with out heat for days and days on end. Poor call centre who do not act and leave you on hold and do t pick back up.good at trying to sell you a new boiler but not at fixing one

It seems that @247homerescue have miss sold cover on a boiler that they have deemed too old to repair - despite asking the customer to re-instate the cover after the customer had cancelled it for that very reason...

@247homerescue Not sure why you are taking money from my account when I cancelled the plan about a year ago. Multiple complaints left unanswered. You didn’t replace or couldn’t repair my boiler when it needed it. Absolute disgrace of a company and no idea about customer service.

@247homerescue really, really disappointed with the service I have received! We’re now in a household of 4asthmatics, 2 of which are ill and with no heating! Your company were full of promises but can’t even call back when they promise! Shocking service!!

@AtifNawaz76 Hi Atif, I can confirm your cover included Boiler Breakdown+Annual Boiler Service. I appreciate you being unhappy about your boiler being Beyond Economical Repair. However we would not want you to pay for a parts greater in value than the market value of your boiler. Thank you.

@AtifNawaz76 Hi Atif, since 2017, we have completed boiler services in 2017, 2018. For 2019 you didn’t book a service despite us sending a link and leaving two voicemails. You made claims in 2018 and 2020. The evidence demonstrates that you did receive the service you paid for. Thank you.

Word to the wise,DO NOT take any home care/central heating/boiler cover with @247homerescue shocking customer service,they think a buzzing noise coming from boiler is acceptable as we had hot water/central heating thankfully I was able to cancel with them today!😡🤬 #jokecompany
