@MonochroMenace but when it comes down to it, they wouldnt nearly be as critical when it comes to the smallest changes of wording if the person they're trying to talk to were to not formulate everything perfectly. having the intent is more than enough for a good first step

@MonochroMenace i've noticed one of the worse habits when it comes to getting used to trying to directly speak to people and come to them in regards to grievances is that people end up scrutinizing their own words far too much when they have to consider that conversations are a 2 way street

Doing some self-improvement and I need genuine advice. I have a bad habit of not being direct enough and "tip-toeing" around conflict. I'm always afraid to come off like "the bad guy" and I never want to hurt someone's feelings, which has put me in bad situations. Any advice? >~<
