@signulll I've never received a correct response out of Gemini - it's like the first models where it's always hallucinating or doing random things instead of what I asked. My trust in it is near 0.

not a single person i have ever spoken to uses gemini for coding. this is still very very weird. why is gemini so bad at coding when google has scoured the web full of code for decades?

I don't think Gen Z is lazy. Gen Z doesn't want to work if they can't make more money. Gen Z is also the very first generation to realize that they could make millions... alone.

Conversations tend to go better with a face and a voice. That’s why we’re thrilled to release the beta version of the first video chat skill for ANY agent, powered by our new real-time model, PikaStream1.0. The skill preserves memory and personality, and enables real-time adaptability. And if you use it with your Pika AI Self, they’ll be able to execute agentic tasks during the call 💅

@256BitChris @icanvardar It’s a better coding model so whatever you use to guide Claude you can do the same with codex and the output will be better.

Vibe coding creates a dangerous illusion: You think you built it. You think you understand it. You push to production. Your users find the bugs you never could. Because you can't debug what you didn't write.

Man, the X algorithm is so good at keeping me engaged my giving me all this ragebait of the morons who think they should pay $20 a month for unlimited access to the most intelligent AI that's ever existed.

Expensive? Claude Code replaces engineers that cost north of $20k per month, for $200 dollars? That's expensive for you? That's insane value for anyone who understands business. I'd happily pay 2k a month for what I get out of Opus today - I can't imagine a better model, but I'd happily pay 2k for it because I'm SAVING 18k and getting more output!!

god damn it I felt so poor reading this lol opus is already pretty darn expensive, and by the looks of it this thing is going to be a few pigeonholes above i’ve been barely hanging onto the current subscription tiers as it is. it might be over for me lads

Anthropic’s new model, Capybara: “Compared to Claude Opus 4.6, Capybara achieves dramatically higher scores in software coding, academic reasoning, and cybersecurity.” According to Dario's previous interview, it might be a 10T-parameter model that cost $10 billion to train.

He literally said that your weekly limits remain unchanged - how is that giving less at the same price? It's like driving on a highway - sometimes it's rush hour and you're going to travel slower than off peak, but you can still drive if you need to. Seems pretty reasonable to me.

Thariq: “I need to give our customers less for the same price. How can I obfuscate that as much as possible” Claude: “How about ‘You’ll move through your 5-hour session limits faster than before’”
Thariq@trq212

To manage growing demand for Claude we're adjusting our 5 hour session limits for free/Pro/Max subs during peak hours. Your weekly limits remain unchanged. During weekdays between 5am–11am PT / 1pm–7pm GMT, you'll move through your 5-hour session limits faster than before.

Be careful of any Codex Shill out there - they'll never take on Claude Code with Opus 4.6 - all they can do is complain about limits or cost while offering a retarded-in-comparison alternative. OpenAI must be paying millions to fund these shills/bots.

@BenjaminBadejo @OmarElAffani Want to do a livestream/podcast where we take some random coding/product/engineering problem and we see who can do it better? Me with Opus 4.6 and CC and you with your remedial in comparsion tools?

Devs who can code also WITHOUT AI as well looking to became 10x more valuable They are the ones who won’t panic or be idle when their Claude quota runs out… So much for all the advice on how learning to code is not worth it any more…

@256BitChris @OmarElAffani You really don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re obviously unfamiliar with how it works, with its coding skill, or with ACP usage in OpenClaw. Sorry. I suggest you actually *use* it before talking about it.

It's not even the same issue, nor related. They're bound by hardware and physical constraints - they're growing as fast as they can, but they're fundamentally limited by physical world constraints. It has nothing to do with the rate they develop products or quality of software they ship (which is higher than most products).

just incredible what's the point of shipping every single day when your users keep hitting api errors at an alarming frequency? maybe the people who're getting praised for their shipping speed should actually sleep properly so that their brains can comprehend this enormity?
