@AxisBank I m using Axis Bank credit Card and pay on time without any delay but every month I receive many calls and SMS for other credit card due which r not mine. customer care confirmed there are some other cards which register under my mobile however card holder name are different.

@excitel_rocks Thank you for responding after 3 days you get chance. Did you check how many issues were raised since my installation, an average 4 in a month. Please reschedule technician visit to avoid frequently disconnection.

@excitel_rocks I applied for excitel connection mid of May 24 since I am facing connectivity issues.There are many tickets as you can see in attached screen. Latest ticket was raised today. I am very disappointed with excitel service. If there is any way to refund and surrender this connection.
