NO, NO, NO !! They can shove their ‘Net Zero’ the same place as their Vaccines Passports To go down the manic road to ‘Net Zero’ to appease UN Globalists when China is not doing the same & when it continues to build 100s of coal-fired power stations - is to sell out our nation!

@2C_increase @marcus94543161 They had their own data for an ice age, It was wrong. Why cant your data for warming be wrong? I wasn't arguing, merely stating fact.

@johnaw19 @marcus94543161 Not unless they invented a time machine they didn’t. How can you possibly make that argument? How could the scientific community in 1970 have the data we have now? You were arguing for the amount of warming over the last 100 years of which 1970 was halfway x

@johnaw19 @marcus94543161 Yes obviously the claims of a coming ice age were wrong? The warming is obviously correct, you can literally see it in the data. What’s the narrative there? Why are you so against building a more sustainable planet? x

@2C_increase @marcus94543161 So you're saying, the claims in the 70s of a coming ice age were wrong but warming is correct? Choosing a narrative to suit does not make for accuracy. There is no climate crisis, no climate warming.

@johnaw19 @marcus94543161 Yes milankovic cycles affect climate repeatedly, only they cannot be the cause of the warming now 1. They affect climate over tens of thousands of years not 100 2. We should be cooling if they were the only control You’re clutching at straws x

All carrot no stick ‘green’ policy making is effectively just a maintaining of the status quo You’re banking on a miracle carbon capture development rather than address the key climate issues that come from the unrestricted capitalism we have now x @BCA_eco #ClimateCrisis

@johnaw19 @marcus94543161 Read it again, the website non longer exists whereas the source I provided is up to date. The planet has warmed by at least 1C in the last 100years and the cause is humans x

@johnaw19 @marcus94543161 Yes see if you read the sources that you provide you’ll realise your mistake. Your source has measured average temperature at 30,000ft using satellites, rather than surface temp from thermometers and alike As the record is 100yr, can you tell me the satellite data from 1921? x

@marty_McFlyyer Regulations that cap large companies does not damage entry level companies. Combatting climate change is an opportunity for innovative companies because as you said, the large established companies are the worse polluters x

@2C_increase Aw you googled something, cute. Govt regulations are a natural barrier to entry for new competition. Large corps love more regulations since they have the revenues, infrastructure and lobbying power to deal with them. Innovative new companies do not.

@2C_increase Nope because I believe in the free market. Private companies innovate and develop solutions in a much faster and efficient way then government. Biden admin wants to throw money at a popular issue without addressing any real change. It was a nice thing to say on the campaign trail

@marty_McFlyyer I agree, the most pollutant companies need to improve the most. I’m sure you’ll support a government that enforces green policies then x

@2C_increase Human Fourtune 500 companies, not humans. I refuse to have the govt control my individual liberties on the basis of 200 year old data when the earth is much older. If anything these large corporations, who do most of the polluting, should bear the load. Facts.

@johnaw19 @marcus94543161 So scientists have been wrong before so cannot be correct now? Climate science has come a long way in 50years, you’d do well to realise that things have progressed since your youth x

@2C_increase @marcus94543161 Just as in the late 1970's they predicted the planet would cool by 20 degrees, that proved to be as accurate as the climate crisis you now whimper in about.

@AGM1602 @marcus94543161 Such as milkanovic cycles and sun sports. We know the causes of historical climate change and hence we know they are not/cannot be causing the warming we’re seeing today Modern warming is the direct result of human emissions x
