@2DoApp Paying again? I saw that BusyCal’s developer acquired the app! I really appreciate how BusyCal’s developer sells his Mac product, but it would be great if he could give a little credit to the early users who paid for the app earlier.

Efforts to improve 2Do's innards, especially the impossible-sync-engine, have reaccelerated. This opens the door to more sync options and better interoperability in future. Still a lot to finish, but with my head down and moving forward 🙌. A small glimpse of the website refresh

@eyeonpower Same - working on a sync overhaul as we speak. Hopefully will also bring native CloudKit sync so you don't have to worry about sync in general, it should just magically work across all devices.

@2DoApp It’s good to see 2Do actively updated. Feature request: Sync to iCloud files like the Dropbox sync. I’ve been wanting to drop Dropbox, but I can’t because I use 2Do.

@suziee21 It will! I'm aiming to add support for many more cloud storage options in the future, including self-hosted WebDAV services. In addition to improved CalDAV sync with services (such as NextCloud) that natively support Parent / Sub-task in their web portals

@OfficialLoganK Gemini is amazing within AI Studio but nearly unusable in GeminiCLI. Constantly falls over in complex code bases, consistently fails to edit files, gets lost in its thought process and is underwhelming in agentic tasks (all issues reported on GitHub). Rooting for Gemini still.

Gemini 3 is SOTA on SWE Bench Verified with a standard agent harness (all models using the same independently created harness) 🤯

@josephmwood @2DoApp I’m having very odd issues on the ipad version right now where when I click on the + to add a new task, it instead tries to create a new list. Have re-installed it. Same issue.

Anyone know if @2DoApp is still being worked on? I'd be fine even with regular updates to make sure it still runs well. I don't need new features.

@BalajiKeyYes Thanks for the vote of confidence! Thats definitely me 🤧 A little hard pressed with what can be done without a major redo. A few limitations with sizes and paddings in Liquid Glass so this was annoyingly good for now before I revisit this.

@2DoApp I have been familiar with your work for quite some time, and based on the attached screenshots, it seems that the recent UI updates may not have been implemented by you. Please pardon me if this observation comes across as inappropriate.

Apologies! v3.71 was posted to fix the visual glitch where the add button stopped showing for those on iOS 18 and below. Please update to the latest version.

@TheRealSkyeX You’re right. Needs to be put in, just a lot of lines of code need to change though - no excuse. I’m back to making sure essentials are met.

Overall it turned out to be a somewhat crazy (and hilarious) two days - still replying to emails as fast as we possibly can. Sincere apologies for the goof up!

The funny thing though - many thought the app is finally being decommissioned piece by piece button by button, starting with the most obvious - the + button. Some offered to sign up for subscription if I’d give them the + button back. Some offered to code it back in.
