“I Haven’t Been Paid My Full Money Yet. Minister Dave Umahi Used My Lawyer, Barrister Marshall Abubakar, To Trick Me Into Making The Retraction Video To Clear Him. I Was Forced To Make That Video. The Agreement Was That Once I Made It, I Would Be Paid Before It Was Released To The Public But Instead, They Released It Without My Consent And Without Paying Me. Nigerians Please Come To My Rescue.” ~ Businesswoman Tracy Ohiri

Tiwa Savage has had her antecedents, but your question is misplaced Girl, I had 100 million naira in my doorstep, TWICE If you stand for nothing, you fall for everything. The reason Nigeria is a disgraced nation is because of greed by those who should speak up to save our nation.
TACHA🔱🇬🇭 🇳🇬@Symply_Tacha

For those of you dragging Tiwa Savage for attending a royal dinner, I genuinely want to understand the logic.. Are you saying she should have declined an official invitation tied to a state visit between Nigeria and the British Royal Family?? Cause of what people on the internet will say? Be honest.. if you were in her position, representing your country on that level, would you even DREAM of TURNING iT DOWN??

@bellosaleh @Bulujr_ @sultan_ofsokoto @officialABAT The North became a low-investment zone not because of Tinubu or Lagos, but because Northern leaders chose power politics over industrialization, education, and innovation for decades. Now, Arewa is quiet because the mirror is uncomfortable. Self-reflection > selective outrage.

Take a close look at this picture. Do you notice how the ministers are following the King and the President? This isn’t just about the dinner, my fellow Nigerians. You’ll see that each minister has a British counterpart, and they’re all engaged in discussions. Do you really think those conversations are meaningless ? Photo Credit: @NGRPresident @otegaogra

One old man was giving me full Tinubu defense during sensitization today. I didn’t argue. I just told him his mates in Europe collect a minimum of £900 monthly pension from their government as a right. The silence after that said everything. Sometimes we need to let the older generation know they sound like fools

There’s this lady who works at my workplace, but we don’t work in the same unit or on the same floor. She is originally from Rivers State but married into Imo State. The first time we met and introduced ourselves, she told me she doesn’t speak Igbo, though she understands a little. Since then, I’ve been speaking English with her whenever we meet. Today, we both had afternoon shift. I got into the elevator before her. She was on the phone and entered moving erratically. It was clear she was having a problem at home. What shocked me most was that she was speaking "concentrated" Igbo on the phone. When she composed herself and turned around to see me, she looked shocked too. She greeted me, but being dramatic as I am, I didn’t reply. I felt betrayed and couldn’t hide it. When the elevator stopped at my floor, I left without a word. I was disappointed. I’ve known her at that workplace for three years. I've been wondering why she said she doesn't speak Igbo. Why do people do that? I understand not wanting to speak your vernacular in public when you are discussing with people who don't understand it. I find it rude. But, not wanting to speak it privately with someone who also speaks it, boggles my mind.

Why is the Royal Family rolling out the British royal treatment for the leader of Nigeria, who was elected on a controversial Muslim–Muslim ticket and has faced longstanding corruption allegations, while thousands of Christians are being killed in attacks targeting their faith?

It seems that this is a new syndicate operating. I sent some money to myself via a money transfer platform and immediately after I got the money, they started calling me from Kumasi and claiming they were from MTN. They even sent a USSD Push merchant prompt to me to enter my PIN. I blocked and reported them. Yesterday morning another person was using Apple’s iMessage and I blocked him too. Crazy times in Ghana.

The recent news from Maiduguri, Borno State, is profoundly upsetting. I mourn those who lost their lives, sympathise with the injured and stand in solidarity with the people of Borno during this challenging time. I want to make it categorically clear that these acts of terror are the final desperate and frantic attempts by criminals and terrorist elements trying to instil and spread fear, as they are under constant pressure from our brave armed forces and security agencies operating in various theatres. We will continue to intensify our efforts against all criminal elements, wherever they may be. I must commend the courage and fighting spirit of our patriotic troops who successfully repelled the coordinated attacks by these terrorists on military positions in the state. The Monday attacks were desperate acts of the evil-minded terrorist groups. Our gallant military and civilian task forces will curtail and put them down. Just last weekend, during a security meeting with leaders of security and intelligence agencies, I approved additional equipment and operational support to enhance their capabilities. This effort is already in progress. Additionally, I have directed security chiefs to move to Maiduguri to take charge of the situation. I have also directed the emergency agencies to provide proper care for the injured. There is no place in Nigeria where terrorists will find safety. We will locate them, confront them, and completely defeat them. Nigeria will not succumb to fear. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President & Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria
