This isn’t really about Erika being CEO. It’s about whether a man’s intimate knowledge of his wife dies with him. Instead she made sure people knew about what he was most passionate about, including the book (not movie) he had just finished and was booking shows to talk about. Instead of him being there, she graciously took his place to honor him and his life's work. She was completing the team that literally takes care of how Turning Point is supported. She is the CEO and that's what they're supposed to do. She was encouraging and support the team. They did an incredible job in a very short amount of time to honor Charlie. She was very proud of them.
