I was thrilled to have a member of our Executive Board of Presidents of Resident Council testify before our legislature today! John you did an amazing job! We could not be more proud. Our role is to assist people to self advocate and he hit it out of the park today.

Thanks for continued focus on skilled facilities. Accountability is needed for better outcomes. People shouldn’t have to be lucky to get into a good SNF. Residents don’t lose their Civil Rights going into a nursing facility, orders and restrictions should not be forced on them.
