the current heatwave in europe causes disruptions on several train lines. are there chains of events we are currently missing out in our models and which could suddenly materialize?

In Frankfurt with 40C, all trains delayed and ... once in the train AC breaks down because of heat. Risks are #interconnected and our infrastructures are not prepared for climate change.
