@peachtard When my parents died they had lived in the house for 55 years. It's hard to go through everything. We sold the house as is and they took care of all the items we didn't want or couldn't stand to get rid of. But you are asking people to get rid of their lives as they are still 1/

@thenayvuiiiton I can cook well and am an excellent baker, but I hate doing it. So much time, effort and the cleaning. Plus once I have handled the food, I rarely want to eat it.

I am a J6er. I protested a stolen election. Walked right past the police through an open door, and the police let me in. My father's step son turned me into the FBI. My house was raided. They branded me a traitor, and insurrectionist, slapped me on a terrorist watchlist. I plead guilty to illegal picketing, a Class B petty offense misdemeanor with the same sentencing guidelines as walking your dog off leash on a National Park . They swore no prison time. They lied. Judge Hogan sentenced me to 30 days for “not being remorseful enough” and three years’ probation to tie me up through elections. An unconstitutional "split" sentence. My Judge, Judge Hogan called J6 worse than the war of 1812. All I did was chant "Stop the Steal!" inside the Capitol and wear the wrong Tshirt. God Bless the J6ers!

@Simon_Ingari Boss called me at 4 weeks to come back after a hysterectomy. I did, pay time, so I wouldn't lose my job. Was fired after being in the hospital for days with a miscarriage. Boss told me apparently I didn't want to work.

Manager: Are you planning to come today? Employee : No. I broke my leg yesterday. I’m in a cast and on crutches. I sent you a photo of the X-ray and the doctors note last night at 9pm. Manager: I saw that, how long will you be out? Employee : The doctor said minimum four weeks before I can put weight on it. I’ll be working remotely starting tomorrow once the pain medication wears off enough for me to focus. Manager: We really need you here for the team standup meetings. Can you make it in just for those? Employee : I can’t drive. My right leg is broken and I have a manual transmission. The standup meetings are 15 minutes long. I can join those on video. Manager: What about taking the Uber? Employee : I’m not taking an Uber to the office to sit through a 15-minute meeting when I can do my entire job from home. I had surgery yesterday. I’m on prescription painkillers. Manager: The thing is, we really value in-person collaboration. What if we got you a chair? You could sit during the meetings. Employee : I already have a chair. At my house, where I’ll be working for the next four weeks as stated in the medical documentation I provided. Manager: Not showing up won't be good for you. Employee : I’m not coming into the office with a broken leg. This is not negotiable. I will be working remotely as outlined in my doctor’s note and as permitted under the company’s medical leave policy. Stop asking. ↓ ↓

The median American income is roughly $63,000. (3x less) Meanwhile the federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour… also unchanged since 2009. And you’re seriously being told politicians need access to insider trading to survive. The system is designed to lead earth to neo-feudalism. And it’s becoming more brazen by the year. Asset ownership consolidates upward. Living standards decline downward. The middle class gets squeezed from both ends and disappears while the elite class accumulates more wealth, more influence, and more protection. Leaving behind a permanent underclass. And a permanent political-financial aristocracy at the top…

Honestly, selfishly, right now it's loss of jobs. My son 39 and I 63 purchased a home together as I am disabled. He was downsized in January and the pickins are slim in his field. That is after he lost his jobs during covid and went to coding school. 5 yrs in coding now. Scary
