@ACTFibernet no internet since yesterday, faced the same issue last week too. It seems that there is no permeant solution. Requesting to get it resolved permanently and waive off my internet bill of 2 days by extending my plan.

@excitel_rocks can't you guys give me a minimum of 20 Mbps speed when I pay for 50 Mbps. Is that so much to ask for. I'm getting 1 mbps speed since a week and your team doesn't seem to care about it.

@excitel_rocks You should also give me an extension on my plan for 15 days, mentioned this to the support and they said because this is slow internet issue they can't give it. My internet speed is 100kbps. What do you expect me to do with this speed. I can barely send a message on WhatsApp.
