@jmorton78 Because he's not the best defender to match being the best offensive player somehow that takes away his MVP... despite him being a good defender. The bar for his MVP is so absurdly high I don't see how it's possible for him to ever win another one, no matter what he does.

I think people are so numb to Jokic putting up these stats to fully realize that leading the league in assists and rebounds is insane and there's all of the 80 years of NBA History to back that up. Social media is full of cynical bastards so I guess I shouldn't be surprised

This is not a normal stat line for any player in NBA history except for Nikola Jokic. Anyone else does this & the media freaks out. This is just another decent day at the office for Jokic. People need to wake up and understand what we’re witnessing is greatness.
