Separately trade CJ for cap space & a pick. Retain PW. Starting 5: Suggs/CB/PW/AG/Jokic Bench 5: Davion/Spencer/Jaime/Jovic/Ware. Sign Julian/DR & a bench shooter vet min. Miami gets this year's pick and the one we get for Cam, so they can retool around Bam/JM/Powell/picks.

@NBABlackburn Medium expiring contract that is also a + asset. CJ isn't a salary dump. A contender will definitely do so for CJ. Anyway the point is, 2 1sts, Holmes and Jamal gets you into the Giannis conversation but ultimately would require him saying he'd re-sign here which I doubt.

@prmorphine Trading the 26th overall pick on draft night isn’t exactly a tantalizing future asset. I would also push back on the idea that a team will easily trade a future first round pick for a large expiring contract.

This is probably a good thing for the Nuggets if they want to get aggressive this offseason. They don’t have any picks to trade anyway lol
Denver could try and find a way to take back a protected draft pick from a team so they can send out one of their one.

@BennettDurando Word. I've got my eye on Suggs/Davion as Murray candidates (part of much larger deals) and could be talked into Kyrie/Gafford for Jamal in a simpler one that suites the timeline of both teams better.
