Cookie is the dog we most need to find a home for. She has been struggling back at the rescue 😢 Cookie has separation anxiety having been with her mum all her life. Our behaviourist can help with a training plan for this, but she needs someone home most of the time. Today has been a busy day. I am actively working two dog cases right now: 🚨 #SaveLucy A soldier saved her in war and now she is facing euthanasia over a minor complaint at home. 🚨 #SaveSadie An Amazon driver ran over a family dog and left her to die. I will post the full stories in the comments. With #SaveHachi, we ended up with multiple media stories, including two Fox News Houston interviews. That case took time, but it showed what can happen when people pay attention. Today I have been working the phones, emails, and tip lines trying to get these stories in front of the right people. I just want to say thank you to everyone sharing, calling, messaging, praying and paying attention… it matters more than you probably realize. This community shows up every time, and it never goes unnoticed. Animal advocates on X are the best. Seriously. 🐾 ❤️
