You will all know the name $GLXY @novogratz Most shrug at the name currently because it's listed in Canada and on OTC in the US, but one day it will be on the NASDAQ and will be the largest crypto business in the world. Look at that PE ratio of 2.6X earnings lol. Check that against $COIN $MARA $HUT ect.

@shawngorham I built a cold plunge from chest freezer for a few hundred dollars worth of parts. The freezer was free but even if you bought a brand new one you could get a good cold plunge for under $1000!

Before you get a sauna and cold plunge - let’s talk basics 1. It starts with diet first 2. We workout everyday - some kind of physical activity. Strength + endurance 3. Cold shower + hot yoga will get you 90% of the same results as the $20k plunge and sauna Try my wife’s movements - they are harder than they look.
