I acknowledge our past collaboration with Degen's Factory on their staking contract. Key points to clarify: 1. Testing Wallets: We always advise clients against using primary wallets for testing, to prevent risks associated with shared wallets. 2. Deployment Protocols: Authority transfers and mainnet deployments are carefully handled by myself or @itzMarKal. Post-update, we ensure the removal of these wallets from our devices, maintaining security. 3. Security Responsibility Post-Deployment: The responsibility for wallet security post-update lies with the team. New wallets should be employed for operational security where you are planning to raise from the community, even using ledger or multi-sig is always the preferred option from security experts 4. Regarding the Hack: The hacking incident from last year, which I experienced, was related to wallets used primarily for testing and did not involve any client or shared wallets from the project. This incident was isolated, and if similar methods were employed in the recent hack of the client’s wallet, the inconsistency in the timeline and target selection is puzzling and raises several questions. 5. Ongoing Communication: We remain in transparent communication with @_Urkann post-incident, underscoring our commitment to resolving this issue and enhancing web3 security. Our team at @2xSolution has always prioritized stringent security measures and clear communication about best practices with all our clients. While we understand the gravity of the situation, based on our protocols and the nature of our collaboration, we can confidently say that our team maintained the highest standards of security and professionalism. We continue to cooperate fully to resolve this matter and enhance overall security in the web3 space. Attached are some screenshots in chat where we always make it clear that our clients take security precautions.

Back in jan 2023 we worked with an external team @2xSolution who worked on degen website and SC, we exchanged private key of test wallets while doing the update on smart contract and In April, when their mission was over, we removed all the wallets we used for testing from phantom wallet as they were of no more use for testing. Recently, for our Token, we decided to create a new wallet but instead of generating a brand new wallet phantom generated the old wallets we used back in early 2023. Then CEO (doxxed and registered company) explains that he got hacked on his owns computer later containing all the information. x.com/nft_yogesh/sta… The funds stolen are here, it will be tracked and punished : solscan.io/account/DJr6Rf… Funds were kept a few hours in the hot wallet because we planned to add liquidity the day after launch (yesterday) So it was not a key logger, nor a malware. Also we want to highlight that @ryuk_nl and his team are NOT related to this problem. A new Launch is still planned, we will take all the safety measures with @protectmywallet and are more than ready.
