@WillyGrant I recently had a friend pass with ALS and the family just told me it wasn’t a good time to visit. Totally understood.

We have now entered the phase of the Husband's ALS where he doesn't feel up for visits with people. How do you gently let people know without offending them?

@llmunro Ride on a very slight grassy downhill. The slight downhill gives you enough speed to get going. The grass gives you confidence that if you fall the impact will be gentle.

Stationary bike seats are somewhat less forgiving than granite. What's the best item to place on them for comfort?
