@Adam19781 @MrsBobsy That's what we thought 35.5hrs later, we were in the air (minus 5 hours of time difference). No payout exceptional circumstances........ yes, upto 12noon everything afterwards we were all fed lie after lie by @TUIUK
Not to mention the lack of refreshments on a 10.5hr flight.

Manchester airport closed down just over an hour ago... just after we boarded! Currently stuck on a grounded plane, watching snow ploughs go up and down. When I can see. #manchesterairport #snow #airportclosure #happyflippinholiday

@TUIUK The lack of support & care for customers on flight TOM154. The response received following a 30.5hrs delay(35.5 hours with time difference). Exceptional circumstances 2.5hrs yes but what about the other 28.5hrs?? That's down to incompetence and organisation. Disgraceful
