@sweet_n_tweet @Poppers_R_Us Have a look in the meeer before making accusations like that
English

@Poppers_R_Us What do Brits have against pronouncing consonants?
English

Why can’t yanks say the word Craig
bree@yummierbeefcake
why do british ppl use "arse" instead of "ass" like what is the point im genuinely curious 🥹
English

@ygf8d6bz6w @BiteYourBrum Why did you pick the party promising to build detention camps instead of the party promising to tackle inequality and the climate crisis?
English

@BiteYourBrum In my 30s and voted reform :) enough is enough of these parties we’ve had
English

@thunderwarningg @Holmsey943 The people who run most legacy and social media companies are rich and want to get richer. They push right wing narratives to achieve this, e.g. in the UK they recently tried to portray the leader of the Green party as anti-Semitic despite the fact that he's actually Jewish
English

@Holmsey943 :( that’s not good what. the fuck why is the world becoming more conservative
English

british oomfs is reform like the evil party?
Pop Base@PopBase
Reform UK is currently leading the England council election results. (via the BBC)

@BartSmelt @ianzelbo Gulf of execution wider than the grand canyon
English

@Joe_in_NJ @TPCarney The problem with automation is it works 99% of the time, but the 1% of the time it fails are the more challenging edge cases, the things which require the most skill, the things an elderly or untrained driver would be unprepared for
English

My wife was run over 11 years ago by a very old guy. She was literally in the crosswalk, right in front of him, when he floored it. (She's basically fine.)
A road test/cognitive test at 75, 80, and then every 2 years afterwards would be good state policy.
We stopped letting my dad drive before age 80.
Cincinnatus🏗️🚊🏙️🇺🇦@Cincinnatus56
In the next 20 years there is going to be a massive debate as aging boomers refuse to give up their keys despite being completely incapable of driving safely. You’ll see laws get passed which ban driving tests for seniors and tax credits for seniors who buy a car over 80
English

@meganigas @naranciagaming Sorry, fewer grammatically correct
English

@naranciagaming >less gramatically correct
That's not gramatically correct at all.
English

@loftgroovv1 @SocDemGeorge Waaaah, my rent is more than my parent's mortgage, waaaaah, I'm in debt for something previous generations got for free, waaaaah, I'm paying into the system for a pension I may never receive, waaaaaaaaah
English

@SocDemGeorge I’d say it’s more the younger generation doing the ‘moaning’. Can’t afford this, can’t afford that, I’ve got too much debt, waah waah waah….
The boomers are just phoning in to call it out.
English

Modern Britain really is just people trying to live their lives and boomers moaning about it on LBC
LBC@LBC
'They're spending it on booze!' Caller Robbie reckons students 'don't help themselves', telling @BenKentish they spend all their loans on nights out.
English

@mrpyo1 Screenshots always make the games look better than they are in motion. If you compare those to Death Stranding 2, or Horizon Forbidden West, you see the difference. Those 2 games look better and they are open world.

@ParasiteSteve @LinkedInLunat1c Someone who's posting an ad for an IQ test site and wants you to see the URL

@LinkedInLunat1c what kind of a madman prints out the entire browser
English

@GreighWard @ennui365 If only I took out a loan from my emerald mine owning father to start a company 😥

English

@DeGentleman_ For some people, Samsung and Android are inseparable. USB C charger? What's that, it's a Samsung charger. Google Pixel? No, you've got a Samsung
English

@ChrisOnRacing Why didn't the pink car take a tighter line with a wider exit and just force the other driver off the road?
English

Once again catching up on #F1 to hear yet more nonsense about track limits racing…
Meanwhile in GTs, we do things properly 👇
English

@Anne02808613821 @NiallHignett Do you own a house? I don't. Did you have to go into tens of thousands in debt to get a degree which is mandatory for a job in your field? I did. Younger people are *so* much worse off than current pensioners were at our age
English

@NiallHignett As one of those OAPs you despise. We worked hard all our lives, didn't buy what we couldn't afford, recycled before you knew what it was.Walked to school when it snowed 😱School wasn't closed ! Didn't have holidays. We had an outside toilet.I'm not apologising for anything love.
English

@brownliberite If the age limit for the Brexit vote was 16 like the Scottish independence vote then we would've remained in the EU
English

@erolnodiff @Rainmaker1973 That bus will likely have as many people as in one of those lanes, as far as you can see in that video. Seems a bit unfair to trap those people in the traffic caused by the cars
English

@Rainmaker1973 Yes but this bus lane is at the same time underutilized, exacerbating traffic in the other lanes
English

@deltaIV9250 Because people are more scared of an unlikely but dramatic disaster than a guaranteed but boring disaster
