Then in this case, you can take original passport along with you and any of your government issued photo ID for verification purpose. Branch staff can also assist you for converting your resident account to a non-resident account. We've replied to your email as well. Please check your emails to be able to find our response on your concern. Appreciate your patience and understanding. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

@EmiratesNBD_AE Dont have valid emirates id, only passport. Requests@emiratesnbd.com know, i want to change the account to non resident since dec24! All i need to change my mobile phone, if its not possible,will withdraw all money & go for another bank, where such a simple thing is not an issue.

In this case, you can request to update your mobile number through the branch since you are not able to do it through ENBD X application. It is advisable to visit the branch in the morning time along with valid Emirates ID and passport. If you have active debit card, mobile number can also be updated through ENBD ATM. We have also replied to your emails, please check your emails to be able to find our response on your queries.

@EmiratesNBD_AE If its this case, only through the ENBD X app, then let me know from NOW which Branch you will send the money from. As I mentioned before, I cant receive anything on my registered mobile, and if you cant change such a simple thing, prepare the whole amount, and I come and collect

@EmiratesNBD_AE Or else consider me withdrawing all my savings, therefore also prepare from NOW to let me know which branch I can withdraw all money from, within a week! Please at least do that, in case you cant update my mobile today! For me it doesnt make sense to stay with your bank.
