They made the graves of their prophets into places of worship.” Those are words associated with his final moments. No forgiveness. No reconciliation. No peace. Now compare that to Jesus. Beaten, betrayed, tortured, hanging on a cross with nails through His wrists, Jesus says: “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” And then: “It is finished.” One dies speaking curses. The other dies extending forgiveness. One ends by drawing lines and reinforcing division. The other tears the veil and reconciles heaven and earth. And whether people like it or not, final words reveal something deeply personal about the heart. That contrast shook me. Because one man’s final moments reinforced separation, while the other’s changed eternity through mercy, sacrifice, and love. Please sit with that honestly.

I find it fascinating that some people still believe humanity began around 6,000 years ago despite overwhelming archaeological, fossil, and genetic evidence showing modern humans existed roughly 300,000 years ago… And that’s not even including the other human species that came before us. But sure… ignore the evidence and trust the story written thousands of years after the fact.

People are talking about what it could mean if we are not alone in the universe. 🤔 Let us remember what the Bible teaches. It does not say that life exists only on Earth. Instead, it shows us the same powerful and loving God who created our world, also made the whole universe. If the Lord chose to create life somewhere else, that would still be part of His good creation. What matters most is right here on this Earth. God made us in His own image. He loves us deeply, and He sent His Son, Jesus, to save us. As John 3:16 tells us, “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” This good news is for everyone, right where we live today. No matter what discoveries may come, God’s love for us stays the same. Let us keep our hearts fixed on Him and share His truth with those around us. What do you think?
