I had 7 am speed and agility training for football this morning, have baseball practice at 4 today. The off season is where championships are won! I will continue to grind, getting better every day!!!

I had early morning weightlifting this morning with the football team, I benched 315 for 3 on my 5th set. I have a baseball scrimmage this afternoon, getting better every day!!!

My first time running at 210 pounds. My goal is to be consistently in the low 4.5’s at 215 lbs. Finally back where I was prior to ACL injury and I am 20 pounds heavier!!!

First scrimmage of the year, pitched one inning 2K's 0 walks, and one dribbler hit. Don't have all of my velocity back yet, but had great control. It felt great to back out there again!!
