Time for a new print with the @BambulabGlobal H2D, with Darth Vader in an urban environment. Dual color to minimize filament waste, and scaled up to the maximum build volume. Designed by El1as on MakerWorld

Another recent print, this time it's Kratos from Eastman printed on the @Creality3dP K2 Plus. Default slicer profiles need a bit of tuning, but the results are good for a full-build volume print.

Printed a huge Ghoul bust from Eastman, on the new H2D printer, in some old FilamentOne Glint PLA. Quite happy with how it turned out.

If you are looking for a decent Windows 11 PC which can also be turned into a great NAS / Server to run your self-hosted apps and store your files, I strongly recommend checking out the AOOSTAR R7 and R1 Mini PCs. Great value for the price, compact format and relatively quiet.

@Bryan_Vines @printablescom @Elegoo_Official How were the tolerances? Was it easy to put together? I've always wanted to print a big one, but usually it's hard to make everything fit right when you scale too much.

@printablescom @Elegoo_Official To be clear, this COULD be printed at this scale on other printers. My original idea was to print the version that's on runners, like a card kit. But at 1000% that version was too large to fit. I printed a couple of parts at 1000% to get an idea of the scale, and just kept going.

This took quite a while, but I now have a 1000%-scale Dummy 13 (designed by Soozafone on @printablescom). Printed in orange on the @Elegoo_Official OrangeStorm Giga. Assembled earlier today, and already trying to make new friends! Model: printables.com/model/593185

I had a lot of filament spools that were barely enough for any useful model, so I decided to print some Infinity Bins to organize my stuff. These bins are very useful and easy to print. And I love the smart design that allows you to stack and combine them in a single unit.

@QIDI_3dprinter has launched a new printer, the Q1 Pro. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be as good as the X-Max 3 I previously reviewed. There are also a few hardware decisions that don't seem to be well-tested. More about it in my review below: 3dprintbeginner.com/qidi-q1-pro-re…

@DracoCZE @eibos3d @Creality3dP @sunluofficial Unfortunately, it always requires you to touch the screen to turn it on. So you cannot automatically turn it on with a smart plug. But if you're a bit more technical, this picture might help make something that works. I remember someone putting a board with Kipper in it.

@DracoCZE @eibos3d @Creality3dP @sunluofficial S4 has the function where you set a certain humidity level so it can start automatically. Meaning that one could possibly keep it always on. But I will check to see if it can be auto-started with a remote Wi-Fi enabled smart plug.

@3DPBeginner @eibos3d @Creality3dP @sunluofficial Cause I have a printer in my workshop (unfortunately with quite high humidity) and I often run the print remotely when I'm not there.

@DracoCZE @eibos3d @Creality3dP @sunluofficial No idea, haven't seen something like this yet. But I am wondering - what would be the Wi-Fi use case for it? I usually just put the filament in, press a button and that's it.
