Congratulations to our exceptional Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA)-designated teachers in Aldine ISD! Today, we proudly celebrate 279 Aldine educators who have achieved a new or higher designation through the Teacher Incentive Allotment program. Their accomplishments include: - 152 Recognized (up to $8,000) - 84 Exemplary (up to $18,000) - 43 Master (up to $33,000) Reflecting on our journey over the past three years, we started with 370 designated teachers, and today, we are thrilled to have more than doubled that growth. We now have over 750 total TIA designated teachers. As one of the few districts in the state where ALL teachers (PreK-12, core subjects, fine arts, CTE, athletics, and more) are eligible for TIA, Aldine is blessed with educators who earn over $100,000 annually when stacking their stipends! #AldineImpact
