Was an SEC in the early to mid 1900s won a national title in the 90s was a competitive acc program in the 2000s and won an acc title in 2009 won the orange bowl in 2014 besides 2019-2022, GA Tech has been competitive recently as well Oregon State on the other hand has 13 losing seasons since 2000, with 7 of those being less than 5 wins
