@Romellz_ It certainly seems that way based on vibes and media rumblings, but the truth is that nobody knows anything concrete about the QB competition - not even the local media.
They didn’t even let these guys show anything in the spring game.
@Romellz_ Faizon is a freak of nature. Doesn’t mean he will be a better QB. Let the QB battle play instead of putting one guy down that is also 100% capable of leading us to a lot of wins. GMac has been putting the work. If he can play QB better, we as fans should want him to start
@oprruj@3rdGenVol@MarkInColumbo Ohhh my bad he’s been there 5 years and lost 6, 4, 5 in 3 of those years so yeah my statement is pretty accurate. As is the fact of 28 years and counting and 42-17
@sdtcbwwtsb2023@3rdGenVol@MarkInColumbo They don’t lose 4-5 games a year. You’re just intentionally being dishonest. Josh Heupel averaged 10 wins a year in years 2-4. Last year was the worst year he’s had since year 1 and he had a QB that joined his team in the 11th hour.
You go where you want. That’s what he did.
"There was more that ultimately separated Tennessee, & it starts with Josh Heupel. For all the responsibilities that come with leading one of CFB’s biggest programs, Heupel continues to do something many head coaches struggle to maintain as recruiting scales nationally: he makes recruits feel like they matter personally."

@mallengahs2013@VolRecruiting98 You act like you have a better grasp of recruiting and then throw out an unprovable hypothetical as if it carries any weight. Ohio state never lead in the recruitment.
@3rdGenVol@VolRecruiting98 Do you like not understand how modern recruiting works? You seem to be under the impression I’m mad Tennessee had a bigger NIL deal. I’m not that’s part of the game. But to pretend that he would have chose Tennessee over Ohio State had no money been on the table is insane
This is what I can’t stand. Quit fkn pretending like Ohio state made the decision for the kid. Y’all offered his teammate with no offers. You wanted him badly. You got beat in a recruiting battle and that’s that
@mallengahs2013@VolRecruiting98 No. Im illustrating how Ohio state was playing catch up the entire time. DGG took home our strength plan from the OV. Ohio state fans clowned Tennessee when he said it was “really nice.” In reality, DGG mentioned our S&C coach top of the list in his announcement.
@mallengahs2013@VolRecruiting98 The bottom line again is Ohio State fans assumed they won the commitment when Wiltfong predicted you. You got punked. Now you need a reason to explain why. He never committed to Ohio State and can’t say he would have without making major assumptions.
@mallengahs2013@VolRecruiting98 Your own reporters said Nike wouldn’t give him a deal, Ohio state asked. Ohio state offered north of 1 mil per year, almost 2. Ohio state tried everything to beat the offer and couldn’t.
