The Bam Adebayo 83 point game is strange/unique in that it more than doubled his previous career high, which was 41! When Wilt scored 100, his previous career high was 78. When Kobe scored 81, his previous career high was 62. Luka 73/60. David Thompson 73/44. David Robinson 71/52. Donovan Mitchell 71/46. Damian Lillard 71/61. Elgin Baylor 71/64. Joel Embiid 70/59. Jordan 69/61. And so on. Adebayo's 83 point game is one of the great outlier performances in sports history. A terrific player, but never did I think a guy with a 16 point career average would go for 83!

After starting 7-1 in SEC play, A&M has dropped to 7-4 with two losses coming by a combined total of 4 points. Bucky’s preached how close these SEC games are going to be. A&M was on the right side of a lot of close results early in SEC play and has now caught 2 bad breaks. Have to hope the close ones start going our way again here soon.
