What are we building at @3rdunitstudios? We recently defined four of our ventures themes: 🎬 Entertainment IP as an alternative asset class (#IPFi) IP is proven to be a valuable asset class, but its ownership is often private, gatekept, and hermetic. We want to open this market in a secure and trusted environment, to individual (consumer) investors and passion-driven supporters with a lower entry point. 🌍 Stories & creators from non-mainstream markets Global audiences crave fresh, original content and aesthetics. We’re scouting and shining a spotlight on #creators and #stories from emerging markets that lack the muscle of a local enabling entertainment industry. 🔗 Tokenization of digital creative assets #Digitalassets are the natural progression of distributed ownership. Our team worked with @floraai creative AI-toolkit to bring to life our experimental IP @mustqbl to audiences at the #DubaiAIAssembly2025 at @DubaiFuture. Process and outcomes were equally valuable in this exploration. Our aim was to demonstrate how frontier creator tools can deliver culturally tailored content that resonates with discerning audiences. What happens when @3RDUNITSTUDIOS replaces their entire creative stack with FLORA? They bring the sci-fi IP MUSTQBL to life at Dubai AI Week. Marta Pienkosz built 5 workflows, from LED code streams to glowing monoliths, all using FLORA’s node-based canvas and custom styles. Comment “3RDUNIT” for the full breakdown.

Our design collaboration with @morphic for the #DubaiAIWeek2025 @DubaiFuture. We used the creative intellectual property of @mustqbl (3rdunit.studio/ip/mustqbl/) by @musfirashaffi and run it through Morphic's AI-enhanced video storytelling engine. The best part about these design collaborations is that we all learn new things about respective company value propositions and the nuances of next-generation creative pipelines. We are at the #DubaiAIWeek2025 this week participating in a number of #GenAI, creativity and tech-related showcases & presentations. We had the privilege of presenting @3rdunitstudios as one of the spotlight startups & be a Participating Partner at the #DubaiAIAssembly organised by @DubaiFuture and the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence. We also brought to the event a number of design collaborations with our incredible peers and projects across #gaming, #entertainment and #GenAI including @floraai, @morphic, Wonder Legends Studio & Absynth Studio.
