I think this is about the email signature situation Last month HR required everyone to add their identified pronouns I complied immediately Updated my email signature to: Best, Ethan Brooks Identified Adjectives: Smart / Handsome HR said "those aren't pronouns." I said the policy says identify. I identified. HR said I was being deliberately non-compliant. I said I was being deliberately accurate. They asked me to remove it. I asked for the policy.
