@ReelLife419 You are correct, but I think that shows how watered down this thing is. Half of these teams should be nowhere near a regional tournament game. It’s boring and has taken away from the meaning of a state title.

Delphos St. John’s moves onto the D7 Regional Final at Vandalia Butler with a 71-57 win over Cincinnati College Prepatory Academy. The Blue Jays will play on Saturday at 5:00 PM against either Botkins or Sidney Lehman Catholic. Cam Elwer with 32 points moving into 6th All-Time.

Made it to Bowling Green. Jonathan Alder knocked out Van Wert 63-45 in the opener, Perkins takes on Lima Bath at about 8:30. The crowd is … well, it doesn’t exactly scream “regional.” The OHSAA could add a few more divisions and any gym in the state could host a Sweet 16 game!

OHSAA members now discussing if this game can continue to be played…crazy twist this afternoon. They tried to restart after sweeping floor but an Ottoville player went down awkwardly as soon as things resumed. 10+ minutes & counting without basketball here in Bluffton.

First time I’ve seen this in a high school game, stoppage in play for humidity on the court… Lots of players slipping throughout so it’s a good call but unfortunately any momentum that’s been built is now over. Stryker leads 37-31 over Ottoville with 6:01 to go in 4th quarter

@NWOhioWeather NWS Northern Indiana loves being extremely conservative. They always seem to be reluctant to issue warnings like Cleveland and Wilmington do. I even notice it in the summer.

The forecast data is spitting out snow to liquid ratios with this incoming winter storm of 15:1 to 20:1. That would cause snow to be more fluffy. Also, accumulation will be more efficient. #OHwx

@bam_weather Why does it seem the NWS rides the GFS like it’s the only source of truth?

GFS hasn’t come north enough YET once it does and it WILL the NWS will expand the watches.
