More than 10 countries have already banned Roblox… and the reason is always the same. “safety concerns, grooming, moderation issues, and scams” Fully banned: China, Iran, North Korea, Turkey, Algeria, Egypt, Oman, Palestine, Russia, Iraq, Qatar Partially restricted: Indonesia, Jordan, UAE The Philippines is starting to look into it too and they are now also considering banning the platform. Do you think Roblox will actually step up and fix these issues to stay global… or are we about to see more countries ban it?

I see a lot of people hating on this. 🚨 The reality is games are hard to make and cost a lot of money. So you either get F2P microtransaction games or Paid Access high quality games. Everyday people complain about the "slop" on Roblox, but when push comes to shove those words mean nothing if you're not willing to support the solution to that problem. $30 is a lot of money, and not everyone has that, but this is the solution to the problem so many complain about. For many people it's time to put your money where your mouth is.

So random Roblox story. At one point in the past I found out how party hats (phats) were a rare sought after item on Runescape and I thought to myself "that's kind of funny, we should steal that as a weird homage/easter egg/parallelism". So we released this one intending it to be the most common one in the cycle and then I never got around to publishing the rest, because, I guess if we're being honest, it wasn't that compelling of an idea after all. But we thought about it.
