Para esta semana la SHCP disminuyó los estímulos al IEPS. Para la gasolina regular (Magna), el estímulo se ubicó en 11.67%, por debajo del 26.97% observado la semana anterior. Para la gasolina Premium, el estímulo se eliminó por completo, pasando de 8.90% a 0.00%. Para el diésel registró un estímulo de 43.17%, mostrando una disminución importante frente al 80.35% previo. Este ajuste implica que el gobierno federal absorbe una menor proporción del IEPS, trasladando una mayor carga fiscal al consumidor final, particularmente en el caso de la gasolina Premium, donde se pagará la cuota completa del impuesto por litro. Desde el inicio de la guerra entre Irán y Estados Unidos, el precio de la gasolina Magna ha subido 1.88% y la Premium 10.47%.

When simulation becomes the norm, it weakens the human capacity for discernment.
