Un homme de 66 ans en fauteuil roulant a été incarcéré POUR AVOIR TUÉ SON AGRESSEUR.
Un Algérien de 18 ans, déjà condamné pour vol, s'était approché par derrière et avait tenté de lui arracher sa chaîne en or.
Il dit avoir cru étouffer et avoir été pris de panique, c'est pourquoi il a sorti un couteau de poche qu'il a planté en plein cœur de l'agresseur.
Un juge a ordonné son placement en détention provisoire.
Une manifestation a été organisée mercredi dernier où l'on pouvait entendre « Libérez Pepe ! », « Nous sommes tous Pepe ! », « Pepe, le quartier est avec toi ! » ou encore « Ce n'est pas un meurtre, c'est de la légitime défense ! »
