I guess it does. I never looked into it but there's a trend (or my algorithm) of these "1st Amendment" videos. But these videos don't seem to provide anything substantive to our reliance on the first amendment or suggest our 1st Amendment is being violated. I thought these videos would be about someone's voice getting suppress when trying to communicate injustice. But it's just someone recording people that don't want to be recorded while cursing and insulting them defending their 1st amendment rights to record and insult them. At least this video more context along those lines which is why I did the quick ask grok.

Normally, when violence is captured on cellphone videos, there is flood of comments chastising the person recording for xyz reasons... your comment is confusing, because it aligns with my previous statement but it's a cell phone recording of the CCTV camera that captured the incident. So, the internet is going to be the internet on you right now. However, it is a common thing for people to post CCTV videos recorded on their phones. CCTV are usually on isolated networks so this is the only way you can show these types of videos to the public. Unless you go to the store's security office.
