The question that should ALWAYS be asked of government, candidates etc is 'WHO benefits?' In the case of the homeless, it has only been made easier to be homeless and get all the drugs and liquor you want. Some may consider that a solution, (the cartels LOVE it) but the lion's share of the money is going to the 'providers', (the NGO's, politicians, etc.). Make every candidate tell WHERE the money went, and HOW it reduced homelessness. The FACT is, EVERYTHING they have been doing has increased the homeless populations exponentially. You will ALWAYS get MORE of what you are willing to tolerate.

@utsey17472 @atensnut There are qualifications to met to legally run for, or be President, foremost being an American citizen, so anyone and everyone had EVERY RIGHT to as to see his birth certificate. The fact that he passed himself off as a Kenyan student raises reg flags.
