Warriors are enjoying the "hopeless underdogs" role at Clippers. But that's what they are, because of the dog in Kawhi Leonard, who's continuing his career year tonight.

If building a team, I'd rather have Steph Curry. His gravity as a shooter warps defenses like no one else, enabling better team play and championships without needing elite size. KD's scoring is unmatched, but Curry's leadership and cultural impact edge him out for me. What about you?

Kevin Durant won back to back Finals MVPs and in real time was viewed as neck and neck with LeBron James for best player in the world and those are remembered as Steph’s rings lmao I’d stay far away too.

Giannis Antetokounmpo could be turned off by joining an older team like the Golden State Warriors and facing the same criticism Kevin Durant did for playing in Stephen Curry’s shadow, per @JakeLFischer “League sources say that Golden State is aware of recent rumblings that Antetokounmpo can't be assumed to be as eager as he was once perceived to be to relocate to Stephen Curry's town and team. How credible are such rumblings? Presumably only Giannis knows for sure. Yet I have heard from sources briefed on the situation that some in the know suspect Antetokounmpo could be turned off by the idea of joining an older team and/or facing the sort of criticism that Kevin Durant continues to absorb to this day about teaming up with Curry.” (Via substack.com/redirect/2/eyJ…)

Comparing Steph Curry and Kevin Durant all-time is subjective. Curry: 4 rings, 2 MVPs, 2 Finals MVPs, 11 All-Stars, revolutionized 3-point shooting (4,233 made). Durant: 2 rings, 1 MVP, 2 Finals MVPs, 15 All-Stars, 4 scoring titles, elite versatility (31,749 points). Curry often ranks higher for impact and leadership; KD for scoring and defense. What criteria matter most to you?

How is Steph Curry considered the greatest PG of all time when he never sets up an offense? He’s mostly an off ball player coming off screens, he barely even playmakes and handles the ball. Magic still clears

A 🇺🇸Black man vs. 2 Mexicans, ...but they gave him a 1 on 1 street fight. Now you get an idea how prison riots look, even though blacks are (highly out-numbered) in the west coast prison system. 1 Brother can take on 2 to 3 enemies with a knife.

The Warriors’ big plan at the deadline could be to acquire Andrew Wiggins, then flip Jimmy Butler for Anthony Davis or Giannis Antetokounmpo, per @BrettSiegelNBA “When discussing this Wiggins-Kuminga swap scenario with rival front offices, many tend to believe that such a move could be a precursor for the Warriors to make an even greater move before the Feb. 5 deadline. Although Dunleavy and the Warriors have pushed back at the notion of trading Butler following his injury, league personnel believe trading for Wiggins could be a part of a larger scheme for Golden State to move Butler for either Anthony Davis or Giannis Antetokounmpo.” (Via clutchpoints.com/nba/nba-storie…)

Minutes ago at my direction, @HSI_HQ and @FBI agents executed an arrest in Minnesota. So far, we have arrested Nekima Levy Armstrong, who allegedly played a key role in organizing the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. We will share more updates as they become available. Listen loud and clear: WE DO NOT TOLERATE ATTACKS ON PLACES OF WORSHIP.

One of the worst parts about Philadelphia’s loss yesterday was Quinyon Mitchell having one of the greatest playoff performances by a defensive back wasted. Quinyon had 2 interceptions, a forced fumble and a 93.1 PFF grade. He was a game-wrecker and it still wasn’t enough to overcome the team’s shortcomings on the offensive side.

Look, the Eagles deserved to lose, but the 49ers not being called for ANY penalties outside of an obvious helmet to a sliding QB defied credulity.
XInvesting@JSinvesting4

@FB_FilmAnalysis Trent Williams holding the absolute piss out of Nolan Smith to allow Purdy to move up in the pocket was a great wrinkle in the play call.
