The other guy launched a full-on physical attack (a straight-up felonious assault). Dalton reasonably feared serious harm and stopped the threat with lawful force. That’s it. Case closed under Tennessee self-defense law. Innocent. Period. 🔥📜 Words alone — even slurs like NIGGER — NEVER justify punching, beating, or assaulting someone. Zero. Zilch. The Constitution protects offensive speech. You don’t get to play judge, jury, and street thug just because your feelings got hurt. The attacker broke the law the second he laid hands on Dalton.
