If you as a leader are shitting on people for trying… You are not a fucking leader. You are full of judgement and arnt open to changing view points. The least thing to a leader!

Maybe it’s just that a lot of people view there dream chasing into a job. And it becomes less fun. Less passion. Less everything you need to make it work. A connection from one to another. Not the money.

It’s the whole changing subject to yourself when I’m talking about something I’m excited about. Like GREAT!!

So 27 by MGK… I look at that song as a fucking story. It’s got deep emotion. It has the journey captured into a song. Which is very very rare. Not even the best artist and capture there journey in a song. Usually it stays in time within an album. But 27 talks about the journey.
