People are saying the ANC didn't get Mandela's memo. Actually they did. They just didn't care.
In hindsight, the most reasonable explanation is that the ANC only railed against corruption to beat the National Party, not because they opposed corruption in principle.

Recently it was exposed that the Chamber of Mines kept a report secret since 2015 that found that only 46 black "entrepreneurs" got 60% of 155 - 282 billion rand in "Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) deals.

18 year old Henry Nowak was brutally stabbed to death by Sikh man Vickrum Digwa using a Shastar.
After being stabbed, Henry was arrested for being “racist”.
