Her name is Rita Kaushik.
She was the Principal Family Court Judge in Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh.
In December 2024 Atul Subhash named her in his 81 minute video and 24 page suicide note.
He alleged she demanded Rs 5 lakh bribe for a favourable verdict in his case.
He alleged a court clerk demanded Rs 3 lakh just to schedule hearing dates.
When he refused the alimony order came. Rs 80,000 per month.
Atul Subhash died on December 9 2024.
No FIR was filed against Rita Kaushik.
No inquiry was ordered.
On June 6 2025 she was promoted to District Judge.
Atul Subhash’s case is adjourned to November 2026.
The accused in his death are on bail.
The judge he named is now a District Judge.
This is the system Indian men are fighting.

He was an IIM Lucknow graduate.
He got a job with Indian Oil Corporation as a sales officer.
His territory was Uttar Pradesh.
He found that petrol pump dealers were adulterating fuel and cheating customers.
He reported it. He sealed the pumps.
On November 19 2005 a petrol pump owner shot him dead outside his office.
He was 27 years old.
The killers were convicted. Sentenced to life imprisonment.
His parents did not get compensation for 15 years.
His college created the Manjunath Shanmugam Trust in his name to fight corruption.
Some men die because they refused to look the other way.

Bengali Hs still have Buddhist names like Bodhisattva, Manjusri, Paromita, Dipankara etc.

What is Bengali identity? A regional identity. Bengalis don't have a common culture ethnicity or history. So saying xyz created Bengali identity is wrong.
The place called Banga Vanga existed even before the birth of Buddha, so someone from Bengal is Bengali may also existed back then.

Chup malaun. Bengali identity was founded by the Muslim sultan of the Bengal Sultanate, Ilyas Shah. The Bengali language became what it is thanks to the Muslim sultans of Bengal. Your own gurus say you can't read your scriptures like Ramayana or 18 Puranas in Bengali; if you do, you will end up in hell. This language doesn't belong to you, forget about the identity itself. You should stick to Sanskrit, not Bengali.

Charyapada is a proto-Bengali text called Apabhraṃśa, or Abahaṭṭha, which evolved into Bengali, Assamese, Odia, and Maithili, representing their formative, shared stage.
