Not saying 3.0 is flawless, but I think it was always going to be a huge culture shock for two reasons

I can attest to this: DOJ and U.S. Attorney’s Offices have handled more False Claims Act cases involving federal entitlement programs against those defrauding the government. But this is where Hairy Balls got it wrong—and he knows it.
It’s not the government “doing the fraud” because they’re generally the payor, relying on the statements of the payee for substantiation. If anything, they lack the systems or resources to verify the information submitted by those trying to defraud the government. Hence, the heavy caseload against fraudsters.
There’s fraud in entitlement programs, but it comes from bad actors and companies against the government, generally not from within.
Does it happen? Yes, but de minimus compared to the external fraud cases against these programs, because the internal system is insanely bureaucratic.

At this point, I am 100% certain that the magnitude of the fraud in federal entitlements (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare, Disability, etc) exceeds the combined sum of every private scam you’ve ever heard by FAR. It’s not even close.

@ZackSun11 Nothing is hard set in stone but generally open and closing prices are all that matters for intermediate trading. So for a solid close above it, I’d consider that a break out and add 1/5 of my total position. Then add on another lot on confirmation, etc., and add on the way up.

$SQ has grinded long enough b/w $51 and $87 since June of '22. Tested weekly MA 10/30 at least six times within this Darvas Box. In a case like this, it's much more prudent to enter on a breakout of the box, i.e., $87.52 on 3/11/24 as a benchmark. Pay more for higher breakout.
