This mornings activity was a hit! Students worked with partners to complete the drawing challenge: one partner gave directions without saying what the object was, while the other partner tried to recreate it! @responsiveclass 🎨✍️

Fourth Grade Writers are hard at work peer editing each other’s literary essays using a checklist and colored pencils!

It’s Wacky Wednesday in 4AC! We started our morning with a wacky name generator, and played a wacky “choose an object” activity! 🤪

To wrap up our historical fiction book club unit unit these creative fourth graders chose to write diary entries from the main character’s perspective, create a character instagram profile, or create a memory box

Our fourth graders celebrated the completion of their Historical Fiction Book clubs today. Students created an instagram page, memory box or diary based on their book. Peers provided compliments to each other during today's celebration. Way to be the #BESTatBrookside

Students in 4-AC were hard at work adding and subtracting mixed numbers this week! They led the lesson on the smartboard and then participated in math rotations. Some of the fun included small group work, facts practice on REFLEX, and a hands-on fraction game! #BESTatBrookside
