Now if there is stellar stufd happening this doesnt happen, just the old >60% hp NAs buffed and <60%hp CA buffed, the c1 just increases his n1,n3,n5 and CA

@hxg_diluc Still honestly confused about that 1st Neuvillete team. Baizhu is just there as a healer + kinda shielder, but he adds almost no dmg I play him with Fischl/Miko, Furina and Sayu (C6) and get a bit lower hydro buff but way better electro and electrocharged off-field dmg
