We were talking about whether Lamar can make NFL throws and suddenly it became “AFC Championship appearances” like that isn’t a TEAM accomplishment.
The Bengals have existed since 1968 and had multiple decade long playoff droughts. Ravens came in 1996 and already have more rings, more sustained success, and more playoff relevance overall.
That’s why people clown Bengals fans when y’all talk like a dynasty after one Super Bowl run.

I think it's because they haven't been a great running team and know the Bengals won't stick to it even if they're having a good day.
So they just let the Bengals have their runs and protect from the chance that it'll be a play-action pass. They don't want Tee and Ja'Marr dunking on them 50 yards down field.
