@wolfeynhlutah Yes. NTC/NMC involves negotiating in good faith on both sides. Once a player requests a trade, said Clause should become null and void. The team kept their end of the deal.

Keith Tkachuk played 18 seasons and only showed up on Hart ballots 3 times finishing 10th, 14th and 22nd.
