Powerful: Texans star DE Will Anderson Jr. spoke at the San Quentin State Prison to share the word of Jesus Christ with over 150 inmates. 30+ inmates accepted Jesus into their hearts, and 8 were baptized. A true role model on and off the field ❤️🙏

Everyone has an opinion on Super Bowl halftime shows, so here’s mine and I’ll stand by it forever… The halftime show peaked with these two legends in ‘07 and ‘08. Those shows had it all, man. Immaculate set design. A fully engaged audience (no smartphones yet). But above all, they had two incredible musicians — and two incredible showmen — playing their own instruments, and singing without any autotune or backing tracks. Two titans of music history dishing unforgettable displays of pure talent on the country’s largest stage. Prince nailing Purple Rain in the actual rain? Borderline mythological. Petty strumming those first couple of chords in Free Fallin’ as the crowd recognizes the song and erupts? I defy you to not get goosebumps. And how about Mike Campbell casually scorching the guitar solo on Runnin’ Down A Dream to wrap the ‘08 show? Maybe my favorite thing is that you can watch the videos of those shows on YouTube, and it’s jarring at times how loud the crowd is singing along. Two iconic voices sang into the microphone, but they had 70,000 backup singers apiece. Everybody in the stadium knew their songs. There have been some really good halftime shows over the years. But I don’t know if we’ll ever get another one that even approaches the Prince/Petty standard. Their shows were perfect. Absolutely perfect. RIP always to the men who gave us back-to-back masterpieces on Super Bowl Sunday.

The reason this matters is that a significant number of people who are supposed to be working for the government are doing so little work that they are not checking their email at all! In some cases, we believe non-existent people or the identities of dead people are being used to collect paychecks. In other words, there is outright fraud.

Literally takes 2 minutes to respond. Reporting to your boss about what you accomplished at work is very standard. Why is this so controversial?

Rest in peace Dad. We will miss you…but we will see you again. God, I appreciate you lending him to us for 74 years. He taught me so much just by watching his walk & how he treated people. Taking all that you taught & instilling in my kids & the players that I’m blessed to coach. Appreciate everybody who came out to celebrate his life. Thankful for all who lifted us up in prayer or sent flowers. It takes a village to raise a child & to comfort us in times like these. Love you Dad.

CRASH ONLY BEGINNING: Buffet says “When tide goes out you see who’s been swimming NAKED.” Billions of naked swimmers. SAD. Bankruptcies and bargains floating to surface. SAD. Yet great time to get rich. PENSIONS NEXT CRISIS. Retire now. Do not waste this crisis. Swim for freedom

One week ago, I warned that the Paycheck Protection Program was running out of money and tried to a pass clean funding bill. Senate Democrats blocked it. Here we are, a week later, with no progress. This morning, the PPP ran out of money and shut down, just as we’d warned.

Emergencies demand emergency action: the Paycheck Protection Program for employees of small business is NOW out of money. Dems should immediately agree to replenish these funds so we can get urgent help to workers.
