After 18 months in prison and after a jury found them not guilty of Aggravated Burglary, the first six of the Filton24 are being taken back to court for retrial. They are accused of taking action at Elbit's research and development hub in Filton, Bristol to stop the complicity of the private sector in supplying weapons to support Israel amidst the ongoing genocide of Gaza. Sam Corner, who has remained in prison for over 600 days, will face a trial on a further charge of GBH at court for defending himself and his peers against the violence of ELBIT security guards.
